The first step to connecting with Investors who can help you to raise money for your business is to register in our secure site.

The Capital MatchPoint respects your privacy and protects your personal information. Be assured that your private information will never be shared with others. You can further customize the level of privacy you prefer in your account preferences. The Capital MatchPoint does not permit advertising to our members.

Terms of Service

Review our terms of service to understand accredited investors, site rules, permitted information, and payment and billing policies.

Create Your Profile

After registration, go to your Control Panel and select "My HomePage". This is where you manage your online Profile.

Edit your Profile information as often as necessary, create and Edit your Datasheet and Edit the Due Diligence questionnaire. Next you can upload all your Power Point, Excel, Word and Adobe documents for our Investors to see. (No offering documents are permitted) When complete, you have created your Data Sheet.

You can begin to build your own network of like-minded investors and Entrepreneurs who are in your investment criteria by visiting our online communities. 

Entrepreneurs remember: You may create your account and upload information to begin building your Entrepreneur profile free! When you are ready, simply select the Upgrade Now option from your log-in view to subscribe. Once subscribed, you will be instantly matched to the Investors looking for exactly your type of opportunity.

If you are ready to actively pursue funding now, you may select the Membership option immediately when you register. Capital Matchpoint membership, access to online resources and your personal Matchpoint Mentor are all available to you with your paid subscription! The Capital Matchpoint is truly the most efficient online community…where business meets capital.

The first step to connecting quality opportunities is to register on our secure site. Create and Edit your Profile information, select and Edit your Investment Criteria, and upload any documents or information you would like to share with others.

Create Your Profile

After registration, go to your Control Panel and select "My HomePage". This is where you manage your online Profile. Edit your Account as often as necessary, and choose your personal investment preferences in the Edit Investment Criteria screen. When completed, you have created your private Investor Profile.

View an Entrepreneur company’s sample Data Sheet complete with a succinct executive summary, due diligence items, capital requirements and contact information. This is the Data Sheet you will access as a registered member of our Investor community.

Search our Entrepreneurs

Although we will only deliver opportunities that match your criteria, as an approved Investor, you are welcome to review all of our registered Entrepreneurs at any time, even those that don’t match your stated criteria.

Investors remember: you may register and create your profile at any time for free. Upon registration, you will become an Investor Pending, and subject to approval by The Capital MatchPoint you will receive your Investor status notification (usually within 24 hours of registration). Then you can log in and get your matches instantaneously. You may also change your preferences at any time and receive matches based on only the criteria you select.
